Finally movement from Ottawa...(after 5 months and 3 days from the background check and additional doc review) "Decision Made" for Applicant on Nov. 12. "Passport Request" for Visa on Nov. 14. @YULIA-2016: please update for line 222

Mine is in Ottawa and still under background check review. No update since June 11, 2019 that provided Police Clearance letters. :(

Hey, did they or you take their passports in person? or you give it to the agencies to take it there and get the visas? Is VAC in Turkey attaching the PPR into their passport?

My LVO is Ottawa too and I am waiting four month now since I submitted the additional docs and PCC. Still under review. Not to scare you but case by case is different. Good luck.

I don't think there's any rule and basis for these since I got my pre-arrival letter back in May 2019 before even my background check get started (which was in June 2019). I have been waiting 4-5 months now. It all depends on what the officer feels like that day.

Congrats...Yes. it is. Mississauga is your primary visa office processing your application and they typically choose a secondary visa office as well which in your case would be in your home country, China.

It's still probably in Mississauga. But if you call the call center 1-888-242-2100 and speak to an agent they can let you know where the application is right now. I just find out about mine today. Good luck.
