Another weird thing is that the letter was in my CIC acount. Nothing emailed to me or my lawyer, however in the letter it asked the fee reciept to be sent back to their email. To what email?

Thank you but there is no deadline mentioned in the letter. The only thing regarding this in the letter is these sentences: "If the payment of the RPRF is delayed, your security or medical results may no longer be valid. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible."
