1. If she is planning to come with you then answer yes. In other words, if applicant is coming with spouse to Canada then select yes. I believe it will be No as you are currently in Canada and she is in in other country. 2. Yes merge everything.

Same here but I am planning to apply for Outland by this week. As I waited for more than 3 months with three VV applications and still no response. I also tried to send a couple of web forms but no hope. I tried calling IRCC yesterday, and they said you should contact the Delhi office directly...

Is the outland file running in background? Or just wanted to try VV like me and then Inland?

Very few ppl applied in August. Seems backlog will go down by this month. Moreover, tomorrow they will post new processing times. Let's hope for the best.

I don't think this will create any impact at all. A Visa offer is more interested in factors like strong ties, the visit's purpose, and the visitor's intention by assessing based on the documentation that you have provided while applying. Make a webform request. These days they are very prompt...
