    The same thing is happening with me too since last night. And I've heard it's happening with every other candidate here. Might be some problem in their servers or something. Hopefully they'll fix it up soon.

    Yes, mine has changed like you said exactly. Even the reason for it is "Work load re-distribution" in my case. Also, I feel NDVO might refer to New Delhi Visa Officer. Maybe not sure tho.

    I have committed no crime whatsoever. But, what surprises me is that I still haven't given my biometrics yet. Maybe like you said, it can be due to some mismatch or something they do that sounds scary/serious to us.
