    Any idea who gets to be in the fast processing queue? In absence of tracker how can we check if eligibility check is in progress? On gckey I only see that they will send a message when they begin reviewing eligibility. Do they send notification while starting PA eligibility?

    Not true The timelines stated are the worst case scenarios including all the exception flows, adrs, interviews etc.

    There is no way to get average processing time of each region, and processing times are anyways unique case wise. It took my friends 3 months from submitting to getting ppr while the official timelines on the site was 10 months. So can't really go by average times or the official published...
