    I'm from Latin America and I got RQed. I know a lot of people from this region that got RQed too so, in my opinion, people from the Middle East are not "targeted".

    Thanks! That's not a bad idea... I did submit fingerprints back in October and I was told that if you don't have a criminal record it just takes one day to do a background check, but I'm not sure how long the check is valid for.

    Does anyone know what happens after our files are transferred to Scarborough? Does that mean that the judge already looked at our files and we're just waiting to be assigned an oath date? Or do they still need to review our files? Maybe someone that received their ATIP can share some insights...

    My exam was Feb 13th. I call CIC every week, either on Monday or Tuesday, and before today they had always told me that my file was still in St. Clair and that my exam results hadn't been uploaded.
