It should be mentioned in the SA letter for some applicants. No they did not mention any specific visa office name. My application is outland and My wife's address is in Hyderabad, India. Dont know which visa office in Canada it has gone to.

Submitted Dec 23rd 2020. Application received Dec 23 AOR feb 1st week Request for medical Feb 7 2021 Medical received feb 17 Imm5801 pre arrival March 21st Note that my wife had already completed bio metric previously for trv so no bio metric required again.

I received my wife pre arrival 21st March but still no change in status. Outland NDVO case.
