I did not include my mom's address on invitation letter, but I did include my address, and also addressed the letter to the Canadian embassy in the country (including the address, easily found on google maps) from which she is applying (since that's typically where they are processed). -

Super Visa - Invitation letter - mentiong duration of stay
You should state that you would like your parents to be able to visit for up to 1 year at a time, even if that's not the intention in the beginning. Otherwise, IRCC may wonder why you don't just apply for a regular visitor visa. -
