Paystubs doesn’t resolve your situation , you need a letter from the employer stating how many hours you work. i can be full time and work 32 hours , you can be part time and work 37.5 hours. it’s your tittle that doesn’t allow them to give you what you want / need

Seems like you are hired as a part tome Employee and that’s the reason they are refusing to provide you with a different letter , in their system / their records you are guaranteed a minimum of 15 hours. Change your status to full time and u won’t have an issue getting the letter. working for...
