TL; DR;

It turned out waiting is not my strength.
Waiting for 498 days + COVID + CIO NS not working + No hones official information about paper base applications + vision of waiting for next 4-5 months to see any movement in paper base application.
I GIVE UP PASSIVELY WAITING!

So I took CELPIP test again so I can apply for EE.
