To fellow HKers: Hong Kong Police Force refuses to send the CNCC to Canada due to Covid-19. They just local mail to Canada Consulate HK. Please make sure to send Webform to record this change. Also, they can actually airmail by Fedex/ DHL to Canada. But, you need to email HKPF ahead to seek their consent first.
