UPDATE: Dec 18, 2021 - PR Card received! It was mailed from CPC- Sydney, NS. Photo is still under review in the portal so, I guess they will just mail the card and won't update the status in the portal.

I followed up through the email address.

Same! I feel you. I ordered GCMS notes few weeks ago just to see what the ghost update was about. I just applied for BOWP and i didnt even get a WP-EXT letter yet.

yeah, maybe Montreal is finally getting back to work. I don't think this update is a glitch since so far, it happened to only Montreal applicants. I'll stay optimistic about this too.

No it didn’t change. It’s still shows Nov 26,2020 you have passed medical it could be the ghost update is a good sign that they’re starting working on our files
