The visa issue and expiry dates are mentioned on the visa stamp on the passport.

Its too early to expect any new communication from CIC. Have some patience. It is normal to take around 2 months to get next communication after medical is done.

There should not be any issue while entering. Regarding jobs for CA, i guess you need to do CPA and clear 3 exams in order to get job in your field in Canada. Experts may clarify in detail.

Last year when i got visa the next day of submitting documents in person. But process is changed now. It takes 2-3 months to get visa. No other problems otherwise

Hopeless service. I have sent an email to NYC to withdraw my application and return passport. Lets see if they take another 30 + days to return withdrawn applications too.
