So he contacted them the same day he got the invite Feb16. Then he received and email the next day stating they will reschedule and he will hear back. His ceremony was on the 5th of March. They replied on Friday as stated earlier. They said we will receive a new date and a final Notice to Appeal. Will probably take a few weeks now.

They responded within 24 hours and now waiting for the new date.

Thanks. I just received the email as well to download the ecert. We are travelling from Mar 8 for 7 days. I am hopping the ceremony will be after that . Will keep you posted if I receive any updates.
