I need urgent processing of RTD. I have sent the webform 10 days ago and also called IRCC multiple times but they are asking me to wait for the call from the relevant office. I need it due to a family emergency. Please let me know what can I do. Is there any place where I can apply in person?

I think is prohibition is related to any restriction imposed by IRCC on becoming citizen for example if you were caught lying to IRCC they can ban someone for applying for visa for 10 years or so...that's just an example and this is also my own opinion/gut feeling. Someone may give us a better...

My guess is that it is only for physical presence because in one of my GCMS notes, they forgot to redact the part where it said "ICES requested due to low physical presence days". Also when I searched the internet for ICES, I found out it is the name of CBSA database in which they hold...

ICES is a database of CBSA where they record entry and exit for everyone coming in and going out of Canada. Immigration officer requested that information, if they want to double check the dates we mentioned in our physical presence calculation.

I did include that in the calculation but the immigration wants to ensure if I lied or made a mistake in my physical presence calculation and request ICES, which is the request for my travel record...
