It is hard to believe that with so many people reporting the issue, IRCC doesn’t know about it. Anyhow, I am in the same boat and this is just frustrating! I have emailed them, posted on their Twitter handle on June 26, sent a general and technical webform, tried calling 50 times, no luck there...

Yes, it is working for people who have their Ecopr. It isn’t working for those who have got their logins recently.
