thanks all for response. I went through OINP appication guide, and I read that, we do not need to apply for OINP. They will selectively send invitation to email/EE profile. So, is this kind of lottery system or they send it to all applicants who have 400+ points.?

any idea about CRS point cut off for getting nomination in 2017? for 2016, it was 400 I guess.

do they have quota for each occupation?

Will OINP PNP will resume in 2016 again? If yes, any idea when?
