Thanks PPM. WE applied directly at the Police Bureau in Israel through a friend and were told they can only send it to an Israeli Embassy/Consulate. The nearest israeli embassy is in Nairobi, however according to them, they dont do Police Certificates, so I am worried that if they receive it...

I hear you nyssa, my husband forgot his birth certificate when sending me his part of the documents! I was ready to kill him after asking him to check everything twice...he also had to pay an extra $50 for that mistake, plus there was no overnight so I had to wait 5 more days... BTW I also sent...
