Well, one cannot have anything. CUSMA would be a great way for her to put her foot at the door and take it from there to PR in time.

I am not so certain about her qualifications but, at least I think this is a starting point. Hopefully later on she can jump into an open work permit to avoid those restrictions. Thank you for your help :)
