    Can dependent land alone after main applicant short landing?

    Can the main applicant land first and apply for PR card for all or they all need to be present physically to apply for PR card?

    How much time WES take to process ECA?

    I submitted the documents for ECA application before 15 days and as per the new rule WES takes 35 days to process an ECA application. But, how do they count 35 days? Is it straight 35 days or only working days?
