As far as I know, there are no direct PR policy without at least 2years work experience applicants. If you less 2years, you can get just open work permit. And after 2 years experience, you can submit documents to prove. Then if all good, you got a PR.

I don’t know what you are saying about permanent number. Sorry. But in my thought, your numbers what you wrote are UCI number and Application number. Can u check here!(https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=id_num)

If you applied via consultant, you cannot check by uci and application number by yourself. Only the consultant can check your application by web. But you can check by phone 888-242-2100.

Almost same time line. We submitted in Feb. 2021. And bio, medical, additional documents all submitted in Jan. 2022. Now keep checking my background for 10months. Ridiculous system in the world..
