So i called HRSDC today asking about what will happen with the minimum advertisement requirement since job bank has been down for a while and more than 2 weeks here... And I think this is one unreasonable answer: they said that. "I know the job bank is down, but in order to receive positive LMO...

so how does this affect the minimum advertisement requirement then since its been a while? almost 2 weeks?

Mine too, it says 10 months but a lot of people got it less than 10 months...

Hi All, Posted the same topic on the wrong section i guess. So i moved this here. So my status right now is quite complicated and difficult so hopefully there is someone who had a similar experience. OK, i graduated from UBC back in 2008 so i got a Post graduation work permit until 2011...

I know that this been asked a million time about "AOR without Medical" but i checked and everyone who got sent to CPP-OTT got their medical at the same day as the AOR. It's been a month for me and i am quite worried now. I sent email this morning and they told me that it is still under review.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, i will apply for EI and hopefully my PR application is gonna get processed faster since i am getting to the OTT Case Pilot program. But i will still try to apply for work so i am asking for pointers from people who ever have to convince employers to give LMO.
