My study permit was approved August 20. No need for biometrics! And they refunded the biometrics fee.

I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what’s next.

Yeah looks like Service Canada is reopening but still not taking biometrics appointments :(

I was told by a Service Canada officer that they're planning to reopen at different times depending on the province. I just hope it won't take too long.
