Sorry.....I didn't explain exactly...I'm Italian but I got my Canadian citizenship by descent...that's why I still don't have a SIN number......but now, I'm studying in Canada and I need it. I thought the Canadian passport was enough. Thank you for the answers..... :)

Thanks for all the information ! So, since i'm still in Italy I can send mail to receive my SIN and I only need to include my Citizenship certificate. As regards the Health care I have to be in Canada three months before applying, Right ? You were very helpful ! ;)

I posted my application on 11th March, asking for urgent processing. Today I have received my Certificate of Canadian Citizenship. From Italy . ;)
