I don't think so, for SIN i believe you need to wait for your actual PR Card.

We are talking about the e-mail where the include the pdf saying that your permanent residence has been approved...

Thank you for the reply. I'm in ontario, brampton to be exact. And the lady that i talked over the phone said the exact same thing, that only certain offices accept this letter, so she booked me in in one of this.

Sure, will do. I have an appointment with service ontario for next friday. I talked to someone over the phone and they say the letter from immigration should be good enough to process the health card

Just a question, not getting the AOR for this long, does it mean that the application at least is complete and valid? Has anyone that sent their application in March has received it back for missing documents? I sent out my application in March 25 and I'm still waiting for the AOR.... Thank you!
