I am new on this thread. Our paper-based (PNP Manitoba) application (my wife is the principal) was sent on September 12, received there (Sydney - NS) on Sep 17 and still no AOR. We sent some webforms and they confirmed that the package is there, but no update so far. I am the only family member...
