Hello.. July 7th applicant.. London Visa Office.. Received MR on March 3. Visa officer is RIH. Now waiting for PPR-2 since 40+ days...

Does any one know is the background check, employment verification etc is done BEFORE or AFTER the visa officer send you the medical request and ppr 1? Also how long does it take after RPRF, PPR1 and medicals, for PPR2 to arrive? Thanks.

So has anyone been rejected visa despite getting PER and having normal MR and background checks? Should we keep our hopes high of immirgration if we get a PER or not?
