my letter says the same: 1 yr validity. CIC shows nothing, says still submitted

just what was told, copr letter with the photo. This was done on May 31st.. IRCC told not to wait and not to apply for a seperate PR card application

I am in the same boat, I sent the CoPR and the Photo via Canada post to the Ottawa office on May 31st. Still waiting for the PR card. Calling IRCC does not help at all.
