Since you have not recived any rejection letter and If I see the pattern of the cases which have the " started process on.." around your time, at least one person who got his CAIPS recently indicates that he will get his MR with the proof of funds, You should be alright and should be receiving...

I don't think ND CHC is following transfer date now, I saw one case of May 2010 getting the medical request. My file transfer date is 8-Jun-2010 but I am not sure when will I get the Medial request. My status is 'In process' from 25 Jan 2011 ( same as RBVO inside).

Ideally it should have start processing date
