I created this thread, I went through the same issues you are going now. I called CIC in 2018 & they instructed me to decline the invitation. I applied again after completing 12 months of work experience and got PR. Stay hopeful :)

If you are still employed by your organization/employer then you are eligible. CIC will check your paystubs & offer letter/experience letter. Give a call to CIC agents & get details if possible.

YES. Last draw cut-off was 454. If you have already completed 12 months of work in Canada or about to, You'll need to create a Express Entry Application and submit your application ASAP. If you get invited and submit the application then you can also apply for BOWP. It all depends on your CRS...

Depends upon the CRS score for Express Entry. For CEC you need minimum 12 months of work experience. Not sure about other programs. Kindly check your score.

Already ordered GCMS last month. Got a 2nd Ghost Update today.

I uploaded ADR - RCMP PCC on Jan 7th, it was passed on 27th Feb. Yesterday my ADR went from Reviewing Additional Docs to Not Applicable. What does it mean? I’m AOR 19th Oct. Eligibility Passed. Criminality Passed on 27th Feb, Security Not Started as of my call with CIC agent on 5th March.
