    I think the status change from Pending to Under Process is your acknowledgement. The next update will be Granted or Not Granted, if they do not need any additional documents from you.

    Premium Lounge helped me too in the same scenario. Somehow, I also made silly mistakes while doing my application online. The lady working in BLS mentioned them to me. I was visiting BLS from another city & premium lounge service saved me a trip.

    Finally, the status changed to Granted...!!:) Submitted in person in Vancouver, March 28 was the submission date, and March 31st is the acknowledgement date.

    It's not a glitch. The status is going to be the same until a decision is made on your application. My account is also showing the same, applied on March 28th in person in Vancouver.
