Hello, After receiving a pfl (sponsor proof of intent to return) weve sent the documents...after 10 days the status changed to decision made (for principle applicant) and no emails recieved, What does that mean

Status changed to decision made 2 weeks ago and no RPRF request and no other emails

No, the last email we've got was the procedure fairness letter (sponsor proof of intent to return to Canada) October 7th 2019, we've sent the PFL documents Oct 15 2019, and on October 25 ecas changed to decision made.
