dont take the risk...especially in the philippines..there are lots holding OWP that was been refuse for TRV coz of not having an employer..maybe they will consider if you show enough proof of funds that will support you being unemployed.

i got valid TRV until march 31,2012 multiple

after recieving the approval,i will go home for a vacation and will enter canada with my new approved employer as live in caregive..so i can just get my new work permit in my port of entry back here..is that possible..please sudgest one ..coz i do'nt have US visa..and my work permit as contract...

.i already got a positive lmo and my employer need me asap.the problem is i dont have a US visa .if i will just mail it to buffalo or seatle ,do i still need to exit outside canada to get the work permit in case they will aprove my LCP application?
