why visa office collects adr and when interview come they tell you bring all documents again by paper? I thought they are scared to touch anything paper.

For interview, if they ask to bring proof of ongoing communication. I sent about 1000 pages in my ADR, so are they asking me to printout those 1000 pages and bring them?
