In my assessment, as long as it clear and readable then there would be no problem. That's my dilemma before also. So to make sure, I requested my relative to scan it and just send to me para mas maganda. Sa akin lang yan ah. They have no scanner actually, so they have to go to computer shop...

Hi guys, gaano katagal bago irequire ang nbi clearance from the time na nagpasa ka ng application? May hit kasi ako sa NBI because of a government college scholarship and I am thinking to delay the request of this clearance so that mas kunti din babayaran ko sa gobyero (DOST). Thanks.
