    Who are dependants?

My wife and her son are both Canadian citizens, when applying for express entry should I be listing them as dependants for the purposes of the application? I can't find a definitive answer anywhere on this. For additional info, She is a full-time student. They are both financially dependent on me.

Authorized leave of 53 days and PGWP eligibility?

A program of at least 8 months and full time is required to apply for PGWP, so I believe you will be eligible to apply based on your full time enrolment in winter / summer 2020 provided that these periods were part of the same program. What about fall 2019 ? did you study then or take a break...

Is there any solution to my problem?

Exactly how long was it before you re-enrolled ? If you were not enrolled at a registered DLI for more than 90 days your study permit becomes automatically invalid. Query about getting visa of less time than the time period of study

The same thing happened to me and it worried me a lot. After 5 months of studying in Canada I applied to extend it and the extension was issued in less than a week. It really wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately, you won't be able to work for your first six months as you permit needs to be valid...

Proof of financial support- Study permit

No, you just need to present proof of funds at the time of your application. CIC understands that the cost of living in Canada is high and that you will spend the money on living expenses. That being said, if at a later date you apply to extend your study permit, you will need to present proof...

    Lost Passport

Use the web form to notify CIC that you lost your passport and you're awaiting a replacement. Quote your UCI and application number on the form. It may delay your application but shouldn't cause a problem as long as you keep them updated http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Dude that really sucks, I'm sorry. I applied today and submitted both as I figured it couldn't hurt. You know that you can work full time while awaiting approval right? Would your employer not hire you unless you physically had the permit?
