You don't need to do medicals upfront, just been medicals done. Because that form has to be filled in all cases.

I have a new question guys! When my family and I did our medicals check upfront the doctor should open our profile at cic medical system. She had to add our information and fill in a question about what was our immigration program or something. Only appears three categories: family, worker...
