Thank you very much AJ. Were you able to get this mailed to your Canadian address or did you have to have it sent to NJ first and then someone needed to send it to you afterwards?

Looks like you and I are having the exact same problem at the same time. Have you been able to find a solution? I am running out of ways to explain this to Drivetest and their reasons for rejection defies all logic.
