I know the feeling, we didn’t receive anything for a month plus it has been holidays so everything slowed down. Soon you should receive your requests!

I won the appeal at the hearing on September 30th in Toronto. The Ministers council allowed the appeal on H&C grounds based on the best interest of the child. Original refusal was due to being criminally inadmissible, for a DUI in 2014. First and only criminal offence and it was suspended. It...
