Just contacted cic, agent told me my passport and COPR were send to pringting room on Dec 28, 4 weeks count down from that day Online account still showing in process, but it doesnt matter as agent told everything she can see is good, my application has been approved already Pp delivered Dec 13

Thank you for this information! does the agent exain why it takes time to send PPR email after DM? I am wondering if they need to manually do something to let the system send out emails

I called them several times before but I found there is no any helf information for me, just wait and wait:( I have a feeling that we will get PPR before Christmas,cause I see generally the maximum time to get PPR after DM is 3 weeks. Btw I'm Jun 24 applicant, BGIP 11/29
