My husband applied for his PR renewal on May 15. Yesterday, the status show “Payment is missing” incomplete application. The View button is grayed out. We are sure that everything is attached as it’s the second time we submitted. Did anyone else get this message?

Yes. I thought it would be like one month. Also, when I log into CIC, under View Submitted Application, there are 3 new things to upload: Digital photo, RPRF receipt, colour copy of passport. Then on the next page, it requires a digital signature to submit.

When the medical is completed, they send the results through eMedical (electronically). Where are you in the process?

They didn't call. They emailed the request at 3:25pm EST

I calculate the time at about 6 weeks from the time they received in Kingston. A few of my friends got through within 7 months of sending their applications too. Waiting patiently pays off lol

Thanks!! Application was submitted November 10, SA January, medical, sched a & police cert Feb, medical approved and file sent to Kingston Feb 27. It's weird that the interview is in one week lol o_O

We've received an interview request. His interview is next Wednesday April 18 :eek:. They're asking for 3 new passport photos that meet specification (not signed, stamped or sealed), pay RPRF, passport.

That's a long time. Hubby's medical results were submitted on Feb 26, it showed passed on Feb 27. I'm wondering how much longer until the next update lol
