Thank you for the answer. When you track your application status on VFS website by reference number and tracking number, do you see when the visa actually issued or you only see the update only when you passport arrives back from the embassy to VFS?

I think if it has to be summitted with courier it makes sense to submit it directly to Moscow. It may gain some time.
