Check spam or junk If you got credential, this mean they created for you an account this email come when the add your dependant on your account.

Thank you for update, I just received mine too. Soon will send the request photo and address to them.

Hi, new to this forum but I have question thinking someone can help. Got first portal email on Saturday with one dependent, I reply for both of us from my email as I am principal applicant. Sunday got again same email from portal not credential just exactly same pdf date different. Please help...
