You can apply for OINP Job Offer Stream through OINP portal, it doesn't go through IRCC. If you get approval, then you get instructions where it says you need to use paper application for PR and it's not valid for Express Entry.

That's not what he asked. They already got nomination. Amanpreet k: Unless it specifically says in the instructions you got in the mail that you have to report any changes with your contract, you should be good.

It can be new job offer as well but it might require LMIA, depending on your current status.
