I got to link the OWP after receiving the AOR, and linking the PR application by one day, so I think you should wait till tomorrow and id nothing then the day after, no worries, hopefully everything is good.

You can link using UCI if you have it for the PA, from previous application such as visitor visa, work or student. With other info that you have written in the application like:, where does PA entend to live, and the applicants are 2 not 1 Keeping a space after what you enter such as : last...

I recieved AOR email, also i liked OWP application to my GC account What should be next

It works for both, who ever has an account can link the app. As long as you have the numbers to enter in., you can make a new account also.
