That is what it looks like. If PNP office is calling applicants and some of their GCMS notes say "Destination Ontario:Officer Review" that indicates now the files are going through QA process and two offices are involved in it.

Remember some of the GCMS notes indicated Destination Ontario: Officer Review. Most probably now the files are in Ontario Office for further verification in the QA process.
