You need to upload it yourself , and also carry self attested copies of same document , they will return Employment letter back to you.

For point 1 , yes you are right , for point 2 , for BLS payment if you are applying in person you can pay using cash/debit card i would suggest you to go to apply in person if you can spare 1-2 hours from your schedule as in that way you will save money on courier costs if there any issues in...
