    I think you did right, in my portal profile tho they only created for myself. My wife already has a PR VISA and COPR long time ago but blocked by the restriction.

    I did not get PPR for myself just a landing portal sent directly from CIC. My wife got PPR and COPR March 2020, and renewed both Visa and COPR Jan 2021.

    there is no problem to use those to come back, but if they decide to finalize your application you have to declare to them that you are currently in Canada

    I agree that the dependent cannot land before PA, But if we apply for a visitor visa tho we will still need to prove that she will leave Canada if visa expires, but we already have a PR profile and it is already approved. It is kind of impossible to prove
