    Arrest. Devastated.

Hi - I don't suppose if anyone knows if the arrest has reset the timelines? I did my medical in March 2019, submitted everything including arrest papers in April 2019, was cleared in Dec 2019, was requested to send update RCMP files / fingerprints in January 2020, finally received rcmp history...

PPR TO COPR DELAY MARCH 2020 (CEC INLAND)

My case was delayed due to a court case. I actually had my medical last March 2019 and was arrested in Canada in April just after my medical was submitted. Everything was ok in the end (long and expensive) and I submitted my court documents in March 2020 to show no conviction. I have no idea of...

    Arrest. Devastated.

Had a fine from when I was 19 in 2007 in Uk I had to get ‘rehabilitated’ for. This guy was drunk and threatening a woman I prevented it escalating it further with them and he turned on me. The idea of being separated from my boy making me sick.

Open Work permit vs Working Holiday

Hey, I'd like to know whether I should tick the 'apply for open work permit' as part of my spousal visa application. I currently have a working holiday visa until June 2019. If I tick it 'just to be safe' will this add to processing time? If I tick it do I need to include anything...
