Landed on Jan 12th Got photo resend request on Feb 21st Photos delivered on Mar 1st And on Mar 1st , today, the PR cards of my spouse and child were delivered. So the photo request was only for me !

Good question. I think it is to do with the dimensions 70X50 mm and Chin to crown of the head should be 31 to 36 mm + plus maybe the stamp at the back with date on which the photo was taken.
